MEET LANDMARK
OUR STORY
Landmark Landscaping was established in 1995 and incorporated in July of 1997.
Since the beginning we have offered full service maintenance services and believe this is value to our clients. Over time we gained and developed new services to off to our clients.
The company took a big step forward when hiring Mark Kiner in 2002 who took over the landscape construction operations which is the backbone of the company In 2003 began the partnership with Stefan and his company, Siteline Design. Stefan began providing his design services to Landmark for our larger Design/Build projects which also helped us take a big step forward. In 2017 a partnership was created that brought all of aspects of the Design/ Build landscape company under “one roof”! We now offer even a higher level of detail and service to our clients.
Over the years we have developed into a landscape firm able to design, build and maintain every aspects of a custom landscape.

OUR VISION
Landmark focuses on developing our skills and talents to provide a "turn key" project for our clients. From design to construction to our commitment to maintenance, we are able to provide our customers a landscape that matures into something truly special. Our goal is "to build a landscape that looks better in its 3rd or 4th season and beyond, than it did the day we completed the installation".

A truly unique,low-maintenance and sustainable landscape is our guiding purpose as we work with our clients through the entire process of creating, building and maintaining their vision for their property. Whether it is a large pool project, a maintenance program or a small scale perennial area...we find these goals always aim us in the right direction.

USING LANDMARK
We are very happy with the work and advice. They provided complete instructions on how to care for the new trees, cleaned up all the mess from planting and finished the job surprisingly fast. The crew was polite and worked until the job was done. They even cleaned up a little mulch that had spilled in the street.
Would recommend Jim and the Landmark crew. Their prices were fair and the work was done on time and to our satisfaction.
