Jim Brandon
Founder & President of Landmark DBM, Inc.
With over 30 years in the landscape and pool industry, I’ve had the privilege of watching Landmark DBM, Inc. grow from the ground up, establishing ourselves as leaders in the Indianapolis area. My passion for creative design, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional service drives everything we do, and I’m proud to lead a team of incredibly talented individuals who share that same commitment.
As the founder, I’ve always believed that success isn’t just about building beautiful landscapes and pools—it’s about building relationships with our clients, understanding their visions, and delivering experiences that exceed expectations. Whether working on a residential backyard transformation or enhancing the curb appeal of a commercial property, my goal is always the same: to bring creativity and quality together in a way that makes a lasting impact.
At the heart of our company are values of honesty, humility, and a drive to constantly improve. We take pride in our work and in creating a fun, collaborative environment where everyone—clients and team members alike—feels respected and valued.
I’m truly honored to have been part of this journey for over three decades, and I’m excited for what’s to come. I look forward to continuing to lead Landmark DBM, Inc. as we push the boundaries of design, craftsmanship, and service.

Angi Brandon
CFO
Angi has been apart of Landmark since the very beginning. She plays a very important role in the office. Angi's most important accomplishment in life is being a mom and raising four strong, independent boys. Three of which play important roles at Landmark and the other is serving in the Air Force. Angi values treating people with kindness, helping those in need, and giving back. Some of Angi's favorite activities besides keeping Landmark in line are soccer, pickleball, and all board/ card games. Angi loves spending time and making memories with family and spoiling her grandbabies!

Mark Kiner
Vice-President of Operations
Mark has been a very important part of Landmark since 2003 when he joined the team! Mark has always had a passion for landscaping beginning at 14 years of age. Through his years of experience he has learned to work with compassion on every job. Mark takes pride in his work, ensuring he meets customers' expectations and displaying a positive work environment for the team. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with family and is quite competitive at bowling and pickleball. Mark is passionate about attending and teaching Bible studies, along with going to church.

Nicole Kiner
Maintenance Crew and Office Manager
Nicole is a 15 year veteran of Landmark. She has worked 12 years in the field maintaining commercial and residential properties. Nicole now plays a huge office role helping with different aspects of projects, customer relations, and employee development and management. Nicole's main goal at Landmark is customer satisfaction. She treats clients as she would wish to be treated. Outside of Landmark, Nicole loves to spend time with her family and Landmark family.

Guillermo Rodriguez
Landscape Design & Sales Manager
As a designer, Guillermo prides himself in his ability to listen and learn about his clients needs in order to deliver unique, functional, and beautiful solutions and achieve their dream backyard. He is always looking for innovative ways to improve his designs and strives to give his clients a backyard where they can love their outdoor environment and better coexist with the beauty that nature has to offer. When not at Landmark, he loves to spend time with his two dogs, cooking, working out, and getting involved in community programs.

Logan Brandon
Build Crew Lead Foreman
Logan has been part of the Landmark team for as long as he can remember. Growing up around the business, he gained hands-on experience during summer breaks before joining full-time after graduating high school. Over the years, his dedication, skill, and leadership have led him to his current role as Lead Foreman of the Build Crew, where he oversees projects with precision, efficiency, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Known for his strong work ethic and ability to motivate his team, Logan takes pride in bringing projects to life and ensuring that every build meets Landmark’s high standards. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, golfing, and playing music.

Bryan King
Lawn, Plant & Pest Operation Manager
Bryan has spent over 28 years gaining knowledge and experience in the lawn care industry. His main responsibility includes managing and overseeing our lawn care, pest control, and mosquito control services. He also takes on the responsibility of Landmarks social media presence. He strongly believes in the power of digital marketing and its ability to connect with customers and promote our services effectively. Bryan has always prioritized customer satisfaction and delivering high quality services. He is dedicated to provide our clients with a healthy, beautiful, and pest-free environment for their homes or business. Outside of Landmark, Bryan enjoys spending time with his six adult children and 3 grandchildren and also riding motocross with his son.

Steve Swoboda
Lawn, Plant & Pest Service Manager
After serving in the United States Army, Steve began his green industry career in 1989. In the Army he developed a love for the outdoors as he would spend weeks in the field, whether in the desert or surviving Germany's harsh winters. Steve started his own company and operated it for 12 years after working for larger companies where he felt the need to put the "care" back in lawn care. He values meeting and talking to new customers who he can build close and trusting relationships with. Steve holds certifications from Purdue in both Lawn and Tree and Scrub Care. Outside of Landmark, Steve loves spending time with his family.
